Performance Demonstrations of Zeus

In the figures below, we present measurement outcomes obtained through the Zeus Electrochemical Impedance Analyzer with FR-EX3, Enhanced Limitation and High Precision options, All measurements are done with 50cm BNC Cables between sample holder and analyzer. Sampling time 0.5s or 1 Cycle.

Short circuit calibration standard – measured impedance <1mΩ in Basic Range

100Ω calibration standard – measured phase ~10m° in Basic Range

Open electrodes – measured capacity is around 5fF in Basic Range

100pF calibration standard – measured Tan δ < 1e-4 in Basic Range – Correctly compensated in high frequency

1nF Ceramic Capacitor – overcompensated with a shorter leads than short standard

330µH inductor – the model calculates to about 15pF of parallel capacitance inline

10 kΩ SMD Resistor

5pF SMD MLCC

10nF SMD MLCC – High frequency upper measurable capacitor limit hit
