Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for our global customers from both industrial and academic fields. You’ll engage in meaningful discussions to understand their technical needs and budgetary frameworks, provide tailored quotations, support tender procedures, and ensure exceptional after-sales service.
Your Role
- Serve as the main contact for customers in both sales and support contexts
- Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service and technical expertise
- Manage core business operations, including preparing quotations and processing purchase orders
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support
What You’ll Do
- Identify customer needs and match them with our solutions
- Create customized offers and oversee tender processes
- Deliver first-class after-sales support
- Support internal coordination across departments for smooth project execution
- Represent the company at international trade shows and customer visits
What You Bring
Key Qualifications
- Strong technical understanding, especially in test and measurement systems
- Solid business acumen with a customer-focused mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English and German)
- Proven leadership or team management skills
- Ability to travel internationally
- Adaptable, innovative, and well-organized
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
Good knowledge of impedance spectroscopy measurement techniques
MSc (or higher) in Chemistry , Physics or Electrical Engineering
Language Skills
Fluency in English is required we are an international company, German language and/or Arabic are a plus

Software / Firmware and/or Hardware Developer
We are looking for a skilled and motivated developer to join our team in creating cutting-edge solutions for electrical characterization systems. If you have a passion for embedded systems and enjoy working across software, firmware, and hardware domains, we’d love to hear from you.
Your Role
As a developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our products. Your work will span a variety of tasks including requirements analysis, system design, integration, verification, configuration management, and documentation.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality embedded systems and applications
- Collaborate across teams to drive continuous improvement of our products and development processes
- Contribute to innovation and the creation of new product features
- Technical support and problems troubleshooting
What You Bring
Technical Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with embedded systems development
- Familiarity with FPGA programming, C++ embedded development, C# Windows application development, signal processing, and analog electronics
- Experience with test and measurement systems is a plus
- BSc or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycles
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on meeting customer expectations
